The Initial Intake session can take between 60- 90 minutes. The intake is the first step towards building a trusting relationship and the foundation toward developing your therapeutic goals.

90 Minute EMDR Session- $150- Private Pay Option Only
The 90 Minute EMDR session provides additional time for EMDR processing.

60 Minute Session- $135
60 Minutes session is a traditional length for therapy.
